Ropeway

 Our Area has ropeway. Its business  period is from April to November. As it will be rainy next coming week, today may be the last day of ropeway in 2021.  

Soul Food at Shishiku Area

 I had a lunch at Wakatake, cafe near Tsurugi station in the Shisiku Area. This is Han-Ton-Rice, Local Cuisine of Ishikawa Pref.  

Autumn Flyer

 We enjoyed autumn sky very much. B-fly also came to our Shishiku Area.

 Autumn is getting deep and deep. Wind from North on today was colder. 

Sunny Singular Day

 Culture Day, Nov. 3, is Sunny singular day. We had kiting training at Ohkura-dake Kogen. It was fine, but suddenly shower had come. X(

Slower to Autumn

 Northern part in our Shishiku Area has lower altitude. So, it is slow to turn to Autumn color.

 It was fine sunny Saturday. Leaves in mountain side turned to autumn color.

 This Sunday, it was clear clear clear sky. We got the beautiful view of Mt. Hakusan (2702 m).

Release from Emergency

 It was the first Sunday after removal of the restriction for protection against COVID19. A lot of people visited our Area for sightseeing.   

Practice with a Visitor

We have field for practice of short flight in Ohkuradake High Land Ski Area, Komatsu, Ishikawa Pref. I had a practice of kiting.

Windy and Cloudy

Range to fly was narrow due to windy and cloudy condition. However, I love view with clouds, anyway...

The Northern Border in The Shishiku Area

 It was cloudy, but we got fine sky in the Northern part of the Shishiku Area.  We could enjoy the view of the river Tedori, Japan sea, Kaga plain...

The 31st, Aug

I got off on the last day in August. This month, we had fewer chances to glide than usual. Fortunately, it was good condition for paragliding. 

Lunch in the Shishiku Area

I had a lunch at Restaurant Ageage-Ya after flight at the Shishiku Area.  Right bawl is grated yam served over rice, Mugi Toro Don. Left bawl is buckwheat noodles with Pholiota nameko,  Nameko Soba.

Cloudy Day in Rainy Season

 It was cloudy and so hard to keep glide. I got 30 min in low altitude.

Empty Park

 Our Launch site is in the SkyShishiku Park. There is nobody to visit this park due to COVID19.

Cloud in Blue Sky

 today, I enjoyed glide with cloud in blue sky. After landing, I enjoyed folding my glider in hot air.  X ) 

Deep Green

 It was over 30 degree. In summer, the field of our flight area turned to deep green.

R-LIGHT3

 I got a chance to test Triple Seven R-LIGHT3.  It's light weight type of ROOK3. It is really light, but very stable. Especially, it has stable axis in thermal up-current. Its easy handling gave me fun flight. 

Chili5

 I got a chance to test Skywalk CHILI5 (Class B; S size). It was so active to control, but it had slightly slower speed for gliding as high end B class, I felt.

It is right in the midst of the rainy season. Fortunately, we got a chance to glide. Anyway, altitude of cloud base was so low...

 It was unstable condition, but anyway we had a chance to glide in Northern part of the Shishiku Area.

Japan Meteorological Agency reported that the main island of Japan had got into the rainy season this week.   it was cloudy, but I really enjoyed flight. 

It is Close to Rainy Season

 It was cloudy. In these days, it was so unstable for flight condition in our Area. It was hard for me to keep flying.

Fish Eye from the Sky

 I had a test for Fish Eye Converter of my Sony alpha5000. This Lenz is to show that the Earth is globe.   

Season of Flowers

 Our launch at the Shishiku Area has lots of flowers in these days. It is now one of themes beautiful season there. 

School for Gliding

 Young flyers were born at our Paraglider school. They will be better flyer than we. 

Asian Yellow Dust

 It was hazy...  Dust came from Asia continent. It was carried on high winds.

One Chance

 It was rainy in this holiday's week of May. Today, I got a chance to glide. It will be rain tomorrow. X (

Blossom season was gone, but green season has come! 
 

Mt. HAKUSAN in SPRING

 In April, we can enjoy marvelous view of Mt. Hakusan, which is named after "white mountain".

The forest road to the Launch of our Area has reopened!  we had to wait for removing snow from the road.
