Start of Wintry Season

Winter has come to our Area.  There were very few chances to launch in this season.  Anyway, I got it.

It was so Bitter.

It was worse condition....  We call it "bitter condition".  So, it was not sweet.  X (

Distant View

Cold air left, and it turned warm.  It was poor condition for paragliding, but I enjoyed distant view of Mt. Tateyama.

The Launch Site

Our Launch site in the Shishiku Area is at left side of Rest House of the ski slope.  In late autumn, our Area is covered with autumn color.

Tough & Rough

It was fine day, but tough condition to glide due to rough current.  Anyway, I really enjoyed view of autumn leaves.

Weak Condition

In autumn, change of weather is fast. Today's flight condition was completely different from yesterday's.  High clouds disturbed sun shine...

Autumn Leaves

Leaves are getting yellow and red...  Large difference in temperature makes their color brighter.

After Typhoon

The 18th Typhoon went away to North.  Thus we got a chance to glide.  The forecast, however, said the 19th would come in next weekend. X (

Spider Lilly

In late September, there are a lot of red lillies in the Shishiku Area.

Just Glide

Although I almost gave it up, I had gliding.  Anyway, I could not find thermal current.  : (

Fine Day, Summer Sky

It was fine! We got enjoyed late summer sky.  ; D

Typhoon has not Reach

Typhoon has not reach Japan Is, yet. It gave us hot air and  blue blue blue sky.

Weak Condition

It was tough to gain and to stay. Today's condition was weak.

Fine Day, Saturday

It is rainy season of autumn. In these days, we had rain almost everyday, but it was fine today!

Unstable Weather

They had god sudden rain, before I arrived at the area.  When I launched, I could not get anything to gain altitude.  X(

Blue Sky Sunday

It was sooo fine day. Wind from North made it tough and technical.

A Typhoon has Passed

In my plan, I would fly this evening, but I had launch at 13:00.   X D
It was windy too much to enjoy glide.

Hot in the Race

There were a lot of flyers, because a small race was held in the Shishiku Area.
It was cloudy, but high temperature. I had one flight. It was enough... I had to keep away from the racers.

Summer Has Come.

In these days, it is so hot.  It was no rain in this week. Today, it was more than 30 degree even in the sky.

Rainy Season

Rainy season has come to our Area. Fortunately, I got flight between land and cloud.  ;)

The Launch in June

Summer had already come to our Area, but Cold Front brought cool wind last night.  The aerial tram in Shishiku Area took up lots of people to the Launch.

But Sometimes....

It was slightly cloudy, but sometimes sunny.  Anyway, condition for glide was nice, but sometimes weak.
Black bird above me on this photo is not silhouette, but it is really black wing and this flyer puts on black wear, too.  ; )

Almost 30 degree

It was so hot day.  This hot weather is making record in Japan.

Early Summer

In these days, it gets hotter.  Is it late spring?  No....  It is really early summer!

Bad Forecast

A few pilots came to the Shishikui Area to glide because of bad forecast.  North wind was fortunately so weak.

Approach to the Landing

it was shareable in the morning today.  At noon, all of the gliders went toward the Landing!

Children's Day, the National Holiday of Japan

It will be impossible to glide due to strong South wind tomorrow.  So, it is the last day to enjoy flight in this holidays.

North Wind

Our area faces to West.  North wind makes tail wind at the Launch site.  Fortunately, I had chance to get NorthWest wind.  it was slightly hard condition, but my new wing Triple Seven QEEN2 overcame.

The First Flight in Reiwa Era

Ten days from April 27 to May 6 is national holidays for opening the new era in Japan.  Unfortunately, it was bad weather in 6 days.  Finally, we got good condition to glide.  It was the first flight in Reiwa Era for me.

M7

I got chance to glide on Ozone MANTRA M7.  It was more controllable than DELTA.  DELTA has more stable feeling.
M7's wing moved so much to roll direction in rough current.  

Snow View in March

Last night, we had snow.  it gave us sortable condition and awesome view of mountains in early spring.

Walk up to the Launch

It is off-season of the Air tram in the Shishikui Area until the end of March.  Road to the Launch site was still covered with snow, but it was very short way.  

Pre-Open of the Area

We had meeting for pre-open of our Shishiku Area in this season.  it seems good condition for paragliding, but we could not reach the launch site, yet.
