Sad Weekend

I cannot have a flight this weekend, either. I have to go to a funeral. My friend, 2 years older, was dead in Friday evening due to cancer.

New Novice Pilot was born!

She has learned paragliding for 1 year, but passed exam for Novice pilot licence. She is also a rider of the motor bike. I think that this is her advantage to learn flight skill.

Senior

Today, a local news paper in Ishikawa Pref introduced a senior flyer who ride on Ozone BUZZ. His flight technique is so refinement and precise. I like his kind and friendly personarity. I hope I would age like as he did.

Good Weekdays

It was good flight condition while this week. A lot of flyers enjoyed big flight. However, it will be rain during this weekend. X-(
Anyway, I go to Osaka to celebrate my cousin's marriage on Saterday.

L/D 9, but LTF 1-2

Airwave provided us with new 1-2 wing named "SPORT4". Its performance is very closed to that of the past 2-3 wings. I felt stability, but also difficulty to handle its attack angle in circuling. However, it is not problem for the pilots who can ride on the 2-3 wing.

Black Wing

Last Saterday, I had a flight with Black paraglider. I guess that it was Niviuk ARTIK. This pilot came from Tan-Na, Shizuoka Pref. I impressed his aggressive soaring.

Astringent Condition

In these days, we had to glide above surface of the mountain to keep flying. We call such poor condition for flight "shibui condition" in Japanese. "Shibui" means astringent taste.

Kaga-yan

He got a natinal championship in 2006, but also he is an importer of paragliders of U-turn and Niviuk. Furthermore, he is a so unique cleator of paraglider goods. His ingenious sales talk is well-known in Japanese flyers. I like his bright character and outstanding flight logic very much.

Green Season

Area got green color. It is the most beautiful season in a year. Anyway, we must land on the Landing, not in rice yards. :-)

Shining Field

Ishikawa Prefecture is noted for good rice in Japan. In May, rice yards are filled up with water. Thus, rice yards and the Tedori River are shined by the sun in late afternoon.

Finishing the Holidays

Shining Japan sea in evening is the most beautiful view in Shishiku Area. We can enjoy this view two or three times in a year. On May 6, we had this view. This was so nice flight in the Final of the Spring Holidays.

Holiday Season

Now, Japan is in holiday season of spring. A lot of flyers come to fly in Shishiku Area. It is not good condition in these days. We really enjoy flying there.
