Above Sea Shore

I went to Sakaide, Kagawa Pref. to have a flight.  The Kitamine Area faces to Seto Inland Sea.  Although it was strong wind, I really enjoyed flight above the beautiful sea shore.

Closed

It was snow.  The Shishiku Area was closed from Dec to next April.

Beginning of Winter

Yesterday, it was snow in mountain side of our prefecture.  I love winter view in the Shishiku Area. it was lucky for me to see the view at the last day of flight season in the Shishiku Area.

Late Autumn

Season is turning late autumn to early winter.  The view gets clearer and clearer. 
The Gondola Lift in Shishiku Area will be closed in this November.  We can reach the Launch via a woodland path until it is laid by snow.

Autumn Spread

Autumnal color was spread to lower altitude.  Higher region was turned to gray color, pre-wintry color.  :)

it was so awesome clear sky in autumn.  The earth was turned to autumn colors.  

Prediction... Just Prediction

The weather forecast said that it would be North-East wind, but it was North-West!  ; D
Thus we had enjoy autumn sky.

Typhoon had Gone.

Typhoon had gone to North.  it was public holiday, and it was Sports day, one of the public holidays.  Sports day is singular day, which is called by meteorologists.

Queen Has Come.

i got new wing!  XD  Triple Seven QUEEN2 is EN-C class glider.    Its aspect ratio 6.3 is smaller than my former wing, PASSION's 6.85.  Her 73 cells, moreover, makes it stable and solid.

it was the first Sunday in August, 2018.  Wind condition was slightly strong.

Today, it was so clear sky.  I could enjoy the view of Japan sea.

Suffer From the Heat

 The main island of Japan has same temperature as human body every day in this week.  Altitude 1000 M was not enough to stand the heat.  X (
Anyway I got a chance for test flight of 777 QUEEN2 (EN-C).  I like its smooth turn feeling and stable glide ability.

ADV3

I tried AirDesign VOLT3.  Unfortunately, it was so weak condition that I had to glide slower.  thus I felt heavy to control.  Its wing was so active in pitch direction.

The Area in Cloud

The launch of our Area was covered with cloud.  X (
Later, it turned fine condition.

The Tedori's Alluvial Fan

There is a typical Fan in Ishikawa Pref.  The Tedori River brought flimsy sands from the volcano of Mt. Hakusan, and made a huge plain.  This geometrical environment gave us rich field for agriculture of rice and wheat.  

Impressive D3

I got test flight of Ozone DELTA3.  I felt its rigidity in upper current.  it was the first time that i favor Ozone's wing.  ; )

Low Cloud

The altitude of today’s cloud base was low, approximately 900-950 M.  I got in the cloud in unguarded moment.  

Debut Flight

This morning, a new flyer had launched in the Shishikui Area.  It was, fortunately, so calm condition for his debut.

The Launch

This is the launch of our Shishikui Area.  Half the slope was broken by Typhoon several years ago, but now it is available to launch in safety.

Manzairaku

Our Shishikui Area is nearby an old town, Tsurugi.  This town is famous as sake breweries.  Tonight, I enjoy the sake of brand Manzairaku brewed in Tsurugi.

Sports Day

It was a sports day of the elementary school in our Area.

Mt. Hakusan in Late May

I got the view of Mt. Hakusan with remaining snow.  Next month, it will be in rainy season.  After rainy season, Mt. Hakusan will be in summer figure.

Yes, Delighted!

I purchased new light-type harness, SUP'AIR DelightII.  At the first flight, I took badly time to get in to the legs cover.  Anyway, its position of carabiners is fit to me, and it is easy to have a wight-shift for turning in upper current.

A Black Bird

It was bitter condition.  I was so busy to keep staying.  A black bird came nearby and glided together.

Green Leaves

The remained snow is less and less.  Young leaves are green and green.

Windy April

It was windy every weekend.  Anyway, i fortunately got flight afternoon.
I guess it would be more windy tomorrow.  ; (

The Hottest CHILI

I rode Skywalk CHILI4.  I have ever tried every CHILI.  The 4th one has so easy and direct handling.  Especially during turn in thermal current, its turn was so stable and smooth.  I think it is the best one in CHILIs.

It Rushed.

I tried Ozone RUSH5 today.  Its control was so easy and quick.  However, I felt so busy.

I tried Buteo XC, a new wing by ICARO. This is classified in EN-B class, but flight ability was comparable to EN-C wing.  Furthermore, its price is comparable to EN-D glider!   X( 

Spring Sky

I enjoyed watching Mt. Hakusan. It was so clear and brilliant.  XD 

Opening the 2018 Season

in April, Our Shishiku Area is opened.  I got a chance to glide today.  the condition of flight was not so good, but anyway i chose to launch.   ;)    

The River Kinokawa

The end of 2017, I went to fly at the Kinokawa Area in Wakayama Pref.  Wakayama is in middle South part of the main Island "Honshu" of Japan.  The River Kinokawa is the largest river in Wakayama.  The landing site is at its river side.
