Impending Rainy Season

It was rain today. In the flight of yesterday, I felt atmosphere of rainy season.

Hometown of DESCENTE

The Shishiku Area is in Tsurugi town where the famous brand of Japanese sports-wear, "DESCENTE" was established. The paragliding competition "DESCENTE BIRDMAN CUP" was held in this weekend. Unfortunately, weather condition was not good. I guess that the race was not approved.

It's still Hot.

Skywalk CAYENNE3 is not the newest model, but I think that it is still one of the best wings of Class 2. A young flyer got its gold one recently. I am looking forward to seeing it in the Shishiku Area.

A Veteran

He is a former world-wide competitor. His riding wing had been MacPara MAGUS XC. I have regard for his ability. This was one of the reason why I chose MAGUS XC2. He, however, got a new wing recently. It was O8! X-(

Green OMEGA Debut!

Green wing of OMEGA8 arrived at Nana. It had the first flight at the Shishiku Area. Her rise-up, launch, and landing were perfect!

Richard

He will start fly at the Shishiku Area again in this season. His new wing will be M4. Anyway, I like his skyblue MAGIC3. X-)

Nana on the O8

This photo was taken, when she had a test flight of Advance OMEGA8. She is so good at soaring in the weak condition. Thus, she could always survive in the sky much better than other pilots. I think that O8 is suitable to her flight style.

Virgin Flight

My new wing got a Virgin flight today. It was so busy to control it, but I really enjoyed flights.

Omega, More and More

I heard that two pilots ordered O8. Moreover, another guy will... Anyway, I today got notice that my new wing, MXC2, arrived at the Shishiku-kogen PG school. ;-)

Golden View

The Shishiku Area has beautiful view in evening time. Sea, river, rice yard and so on are turned to golden color.

Unstable Condition

It was very warm today. I had enjoyed rigde flight in strong west wind, but I was so　afraid of alteration of the condition.

Carp Streamer

It is Children's day, May 5, in Japan. In the Chinese legend, a carp which could successfully run up against a waterfall becomes a dragon. Japanese parents frag carp streamer to show their new born baby-boy and to wish his success.
So I put one carp streamer on my harness to entertain the audience at the Shishiku Launch.

Three Sraight Holidays

A lot of flyers came to the Shishiku Area. I also really enjoyed flight. I guess that it was only the soarable day in the holidays of May.

Sandy Air

Asian dust from China often blows in the spring. It is called "Yellow Sand", but color of sand was white today. Anyway, I hate this phenomenon, for it makes worse sky view and spoils flight condition.
The wing in the above photo is Advance OMEGA8. A young pilot is testing it. I think that her skill is enough to fly on EN-D wing.
